This Dr. refused to see my sister after we drove for one and half hours to make this appointment, we were late 15 min. we explained the reason for the lateness. we had to wait for the caregiver ( her husband is dying of lung cancer ) to take care of him..my sister has severe psoriatic arthritis ,neuropathy of the legs, wheel chair bound and is in a lot of pain made the effort to keep this appointment and was treated this way. would not recommend this Dr. to anyone

(unforeseen circumstances ) my sister who has severe psoriatic arthritis and was in a lot of pain riding, made the effort to keep her appointment and then was told it would mess up her (Dr Rice) schedule..

Dr. Rice always takes the time to make sure I understand her instructions. Could not ask for more.

Dr Rice is very stern and at times rude. She really doesn't explain things. She keeps you on medicines long after they stop working, if they did ever work in the first place.

Must incompetent doctor I've ever been to. Doesn't listen. Rude. Will never return. DO NOT TURN TO THIS WOMEN IF YOU ARE IN PAIN!!!

I was referred to dr. Rice by my primary physician because I was having really bad problems with my stomach. I have arthritis in my hands really bad. I had my first appointment with Dr. Rice and first thing was she hurt my back. She had me bend as far as I could then came up and pushed me further than what I could. My back hurt for a week after that. She also did blood work for X-rays for further testing. I made a 2 month follow up appointment to see her. her office called me within a week with blood work results and said i had possible crohns disease (a form of arthritis in your stomach and attacks your intestines.) It has been 4 months now since I have seen her due to her offices incompetence. Her staff has canceled 2 of my appointments and never called me to let me know. I am currently receiving assistance with conceiving. She phones my fertility specialist and told her not to assist me anymore until I see her because a pregnancy can be deadly to me and or the baby. I had an… appointment today and called to confirm and yet again she has canceled my appointment and did not notify me of this. She wasn't even in the office. She refuses to treat me until I see her also. I've never had a doctor tell me that I am slowly dieing and need treatment but I can't receive the treatment till I see her.

I had went to doctor upon doctor, sometimes seeing 2 a week for months. This went on for over a year. I had seen 3 rheumatologist and still no diagnosis. Dr. Rice diagnosed me. I have S.L.E. I am grateful I was able to find her when I did. She's nice, but she is straightforward. Her sense of humor is welcomed when I'm feeling down and I just adore her nurse. I wouldn't trade my doctor for anything.

Dr. Rice is a very caring and professional physician. I drive a long way to see her for that reason. She never cuts your visit short, and always asks if there are any ther concerns. Front office staff not as friendly as I think they should be, however there are several physicians in this building so I deal with them to see her. They always call back with lab results promptly and her nuse is very professional as well.

I see Dr. Rice for fibromyalgia. She is very intelligent and has a good bed side manner. She is knowledgeable and I have complete trust in her competency as a physician.
