Pay no attention to the few negative reviews - they probably trid to skip on their bill. Service and treatment excellent.

Absolutely horrific and unconscionable actions avoid any contact!

My only issue was with the office staff. Did not coordinate as promised with my primary DDS, I had to call and remind the office that this needed to be done. Following the procedure, they told me that my claim had been filed with insurance, and the insurance had no record. Had to call and request a refile, as the payment was required up front, and reimbursement would be coming directly to me. (This could have been a glitch with the insurance co. rather than the office, no way to know for sure). I felt the Dr. had a lovely bedside manner when talking to me, but was very rough during the procedure. Much rougher than a prior peridontist I had gone to for a very similar procedure. I also did not appreciate that when she needed my head position changed, she grabbed my mouth and moved it herself, when I was unsedated and very capable of following instructions to move, open more, less, etc.

Dr. Richards is a phenomenal Periodontist. She is very kind and very obviously good at what she does. Her staff is very professional and very intelligent. I would recommend Dr. Richards for periodontal or for implants to everyone.
