I am pleased to introduce myself as a dedicated professional in the field of counseling. I completed my Master’s of Science in Education for Counseling at Missouri Baptist University in 2008 and obtained full licensure as a therapist in the state of Missouri in 2010.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including as a Counselor/Case Manager at an outpatient mental health clinic from 2008 to 2015, and later as a Counselor in a prison from 2015 to 2021. Since July of 2021, I have been offering virtual counseling services through Sondermind and other platforms.
My extensive experience has equipped me to work effectively with adults from diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups. I approach each client with utmost respect, valuing the uniqueness of every individual.
In therapy, I employ a blend of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused therapies. However, I recognize that each …person's needs are unique, and I am committed to tailoring our approach to best suit your situation.
