I am very pleased with Dr. Will. After seeing the same doctor for about 15 years, I decided was time for a change. Dr. Will came highly recommended to me by several friends. She took time to listen to my concerns, and did not rush through the appointment. Glad I found a new physician who I can trust and am comfortable with.

I am very unhappy with the service of this office. I have HMO for three years now and picked Dr. Will because someone told me that they were a great group of MD's. I needed a referral to see a dermatologist because of a rash on my body. I have seen this dermatologist over the years for different skin problems. The last time I went to my dermatologist was 4 yrs ago when I had different insurance. I was told someone would get back to me about the referral. No one called me back, so I called them. I was told because I have no history of seeing this MD in their paperwork I would have to come into the office to see one of the doctors there. So instead of getting me the referral I need I now have to go see a family doctor, pay $35, just so they can then tell me they don't know what it is and send me to the dermatologist. This is OUTRAGEOUS!!! I have been an RN for over 11 years and I think I know what doctor I need for what problems I have. To be told I have to go see my PMD… before I can get the help I really need is pathetic and a money scam! How dare they treat a patient like they don't know what they are talking about. They are not only getting a bad review from me, but have lost a client as well. I was trying to give this office a second try after not being able to see my PMD for two weeks for strep throat. I am very disgusted with the people that work in this office and was not even offered to talk to my PMD about the situation. I really like Dr. Will, but to have to jump thru fire just to see or talk to her is unacceptable.

Dr Will is a wonderful doctor. Spends time with you and very thorough and nice. The staff at the front desk needs some work. Grace who handles the referrals is excellent also.

I found Dr. Will listed on my HMO Primary care. I had been suffering from asthma and chronic anemia. I was tired of the lack of service and long waits at the Hammond Clinic and I was not getting better. My first surprise was that I was able to get a next day appointment, rare being a new patient. My second surprise was that in this day and age I found a Doctor who listened to how I felt and cared. It is do to her care that I am no longer anemic and my asthma is controlled.
