Dr. Karen Marie Williams, MD

U had months of treatment for sinus problems. Yet ,did not get better then developed Shingles. It was the PA who treated me and Dr. Conway refereed me to a immuneologist! Dr. William did seem to be on top of my health nor knew what was in my records. To many mistakes by her and her nurse.

My experience with Dr. Williams has been great! Her bedside manner has been what I would hope to have from a family doctor. Her staff has been very respectful, fast, and friendly.I feel she also has had the best concern for my long-term care and conform for living.

I went to see the doctor for symptoms which had been ongoing for over a week (I don't see the doctor often).Blood was taken and sent off to the lab.I was told they would call me when the results came back.A week later, no call. I called them. Results were in but Nurse nor Doctor were available. Said they will return my call. They did not. I called back again a few days later and was told the same thing. They did not call (and I ensured they have my work, home and cell#s).I called back 2 weeks after the labs were back and insisted that they mail me my results.Karen Williams took over all the patients of my previous doctor (Treimer) who left to return back to his home state, so she was not my selected doctor and probably won't be for much longer.

I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Was treated for this for a month in which time I was on 6-7 different medications plus 2 different injections received in the office. I finally asked to see a pulmonolgist because my coughing fits were to the point of me passing out and feeling of chocking. I went to the pulmonologist and was told, "I looked at both of your chest x-rays (the one I had taken when I was diagnosed and another one I had taken a couple of days prior to this appointment). You do not and have never had pneumonia." My coughing was caused from sinus drainage which probably resulted from a normal upper respiratory infection. He prescribed me some nasal sprays and a pill to take by mouth and said I should be better in a week. An entire month of my life is gone from being sick and being treated for something I never had with lots of medications that I didn't need. I put in the request to change doctors this morning. I will not be back.
