Dr. Karen E Winter, DO

It was my first time meeting Dr. Winter, as I am a new Kaiser patient and I wanted to make a connection with my primary provider. She was cold and not responsive to my concerns. When I read the summary notes in my record, I saw that she wrote nothing of my concerns and what we had talked about. I came home and changed my doctor immediately.

Qouted one price, charged 3 times that amount. I called several times to make sure the costs. Changed my insurance code as a first time patient and gave me none of the benefits. No tests,ZIP. When I questioned the bill I was put into a spiral of call this person, call that person. Zero help. Like when you get your car worked on??? Get in it WRITING! (BTW) her bedside manner is cold and less than human. I wish I had not seen here when she first moved to town and I could have seen her reviews two years later. ST Mary's some ST. I know better now.

My (ex)wife and I were both patients of Dr. Winter until my health required me to move to the desert. She was very helpful every step of the way for my (ex)wife's needed surgeries and today she is far more healthy. Thank-you Dr Winter.
