Dr. Karena Lynn Hobus, PT, DPT, OCS

Karena Hobus, PT, DPT, OCS has over 10 years experience as a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic conditions. Karena earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University in Orange, CA in 2010 and went on to become a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist in 2015. Her continuing education has included courses in kinesiotaping, return to sport following back injuries, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and a year long series of seminars for evidence based treatment of orthopedic conditions. Karena is a southern California native and enjoys an active lifestyle by the beach, including surfing, paddleboarding, volleyball, and hiking. She values the opportunity to work with patients from a variety of backgrounds to restore function and return to their active lifestyles in a one-on-one setting.
