I was in a car accident Sept.4,2024 5 minutes from getting off work at the ER they was stitching up my lacerations with no anesthesia and I couldn't take the pain and started complaining. I guess that really bothered this Dr.Kari Lea Cooper and she started walking all over the facility yelling that I was ( person who took substances.use your imagination ) to justify me being in pain from giving me stitches without any anesthesia..I told her that I wanted to file a complaint and a form to fill out which she refused to give me one..and she wouldn't even give me her name..but now that I got my detailed records back I know who it is and I'll be pursuing it..Not a ounce of professionalism..she seriously sounded like a drunk woman..

She treats the patient's family poorly and has zero empathy for terminal patients or their family

ER visit .It was sad when I brought my wife to er at cox hospital.She felt so bad that she believed she was dying.Hospital staff were very nice but when this Dr. came in she began interrogating my wife as to why we came to the er. She would not even take a look at a sore on my wifes neck.She did give my wife sodium by iv which helped.The Dr. did not even come back in before releasing my wife.I am very disappointed in Cox Hospital.
