Summary
I became a dietitian because I grew up with a family who liked to garden and cook. I remember many summers helping can vegetables, picking raspberries and helping in the garden. My philosophy of care is help patients make reasonable, sustainable changes. Frequent, small changes over time lead to large changes that positively affect health. Outside of work, I spend time with my husband and two kids, and I enjoy being outside and playing sports.
