Kari Herman, PMHNP received her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech UHSC. She holds a master’s degree in nursing from FNU. Kari is dual board-certified in psychiatric mental health and nurse-midwifery. She has spent the last 20 years serving women, children, and families in both clinic and hospital settings in Texas. Shared decision-making on treatment options and medication management with patients is very important to her. As a nurse practitioner, she values patient autonomy and input. She has a special interest in ADHD, Autism, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and PTSD in children. Kari has an extensive background in helping women with depression, anxiety, and life changes throughout adulthood.
