I had an excellent experience doing my visit yesterday. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was very helpful and polite they took care of sending my prescription to the Center well provider after I dropped off my document, wait time with minimal only about 5 minutes before the nurse brought me back she was professional taking the time to record my vitals and carefully review my current medications. The doctor was equally impressive, he greeted me warmly asked if I had any health concerns and performed a examination, including checking my heart rate conducting standard test he also took the time to clearly explain the results of the blood work I had done a few days prior, specifically pointing out with finding we're slightly out of range, the entire processed was seamless and a follow-up staff made scheduling my next appointment very easy before I left. I highly recommend this office

First impressions were amazing. Me and Dr. Jacob were on the same paig the whole time. Dr. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable and respectful.

Of all my doctors over the years, he's my favorite.!

Dr. Jacob has been my doctor since he came to Shelbyville. He is very thorough and follows through with any recommendations he makes regarding my health. His attention to detail and frequent testing keeps me healthy and aware of any needed changes I need to make to stay that way. If I need to see other specialists, he is very helpful in making sure I get the referrals I need. Then he follows up to make sure they provided care I need. He is very compassionate and understanding. He listens to my concerns. He's a very good doctor!

I appreciate how thorough Dr. Jacob is and that he takes his time and doesn't rush through the appointment. It is very apparent that he truly cares.

After being with another physician for several years and being frustrated with how he interacted with me as an elderly person, Dr Jacob was a beacon of hope and encouragement. He is such a positive and thorough physician I am grateful to have found him. He is also amazing with our special needs adult son and I would recommend him highly for his compassion and knowledge. I never knew this type of physician still existed, and I believe that I am 73 years young, not old and at the "70 year life expectancy " which is what my other dr told me! I feel great and I know without a doubt Dr Jacob will do his very best to help me stay that way!
