Dr. Karim Victor Zablit, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Zablit for many years. He has treated my eyes for a pre-glaucomic condition and has done surgery on them for cataracts. His treatment has resulted in freedom from that pre-glaucomic condition and return of my sight to normalcy. He spends as much time with me as needed, answers my questions, is very knowledgeable and is a considerate person with an excellent sense of humor. My husband has also been treated by him and is sold on him. I don't believe we could find a finer doctor.

Vision after cataract surgery was not as what was represented to be. Lens not accurate to bring vision in line with other eye.Dr Zablitz explained options as re-surgery, glasses, or get use to vision. I am very dissatisfied with the results. If we can repeat the cataract surgery to correct the lens, why was it not done correctly in the first place. I was in the process of moving out of state when the surgery was done. Now I am in Arizona and have lost my scripps coverage. I have expressed my dissatisfaction to Dr. Zablitz, and am waiting to see what can be done to resolve this issue. My vision is a constant bother daily.
