I was very pleased and confident in my new doctor and her staff.

I had an amazing experience and I am so thankful for every person. From the moment my name was called to making all of my appointments! I loved Dr. Smith I changed pretty much all my appointments to her.

Avoid this place at all costs…Please do not go to Dr. Smith or this facility. I made an appointment to see Dr. Smith back in March 2023. Someone was supposed to call me back regarding my insurance and my financial responsibility. No one called me back so I canceled my appointment. I’ve never seen this doctor but I receive an EOB from my insurance company with ICD10 codes and notes for a treatment plan but I’ve never seen this physician. It is now October and I’ve spoken with countless people at the office and cannot seem to get this resolved. I was able to straighten things out with my insurance carrier but this facility is still sending me a bill for the co-pay. I think it’s terrible physicians are fabricating treatments plans and committing fraud just to get paid! Avoid this place at all costs.

Dr. Smith is an amazing Ob! From my very first visit, it was very clear that she was on top of her game, and had me and my baby’s best interest at heart... I was very nervous throughout my pregnancy, but she always eased my fears with her great bubbly personality... when it came time for my delivery, she coached and coached me and kept me positive, even when I was losing hope... now I have a beautiful baby... she’s awesome, and can’t wait to have her for my next delivery!

The worst gynecologist ever! She left me in the middle of my labor, after a bad procedure with the vaccuum and without my authorization, she just told me “it’s 7 o’ clock, my shift it’s over, the next Dr. will be with you in a moment” through my pregnancy everything was good very good! And 16 minutes later at 7:16 am my baby born and he was 7 days in NiCU cause her fault! She treat me like a piece of wood! She even care of my baby!
