When I call for an appointment, I get the answering machine and asked to leave a message. It is usually 2 full days or more before I receive a call back. I believe there should be a better response time.

Dr. Bergman is great. She listens and that’s important to me. She doesn’t try to rush you out. Highly recommend her!

Staff is really rude and irritated. NO electronic records which concerns me about patient record keeping, sharing & privacy. They would not even want to answer your fair questions. Also, got impression from her conversation that doctor is more worried about charging money than providing service.

Dr. Bergman really listens and does not rush. She's a wonderful doctor...compsassionate, professional, personable and a great diagnostician. So grateful she's been my doctor for over 12 years now! My daughter will be old enough to start going to her soon. Wonderful family doc!

Dr. Bergman is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She takes her time with you and makes you feel like you are her only patient for the day. She never rushes and always makes sure she has answered all your questions. I have never waited more than 15 minutes to see her. Her staff is wonderful and when they give shots it is almost painless. I would highly recommend Dr. Bergman. I have been a patient for 15 years.

Dr. Bergman and her staff are the best. I have been seeing Dr. Bergman for years as well as my entire family. We all appreciate the care and dedication she gives us. She takes the time to hear you and the issues you are having. I never feel rushed or "like a number".

Called to make an appointment was told I could come in, then told I was not allowed to because apparently I saw someone else on her practice several years ago and never went bsck

I have been going to Dr. Bergman for almost 10 years and can honestly say that in my dozens of visits over the years I have only had to wait once past my appointment time and that was due to an emergency. On top of that, DR. Bergman is the most compassionate doctor I have ever seen. She actually cares enough to sit down and ask you how you are doing before reading your chart. Her staff is also awesome with special accolades to Ebony for her amazing ability to draw blood from my tiny veins with one stick.
