My visit with Dr. B wasn’t good. She introduced herself and immediately told me that I should not be on the pill at my age. It didn’t get off to a great start and it didn’t get any better. Trying to find a different doctor now.

Outstanding Doctor. I would highly recommend her to any of my family or friends

I picked Dr. Buettner based on her background and the fact I was going through menopause. My first annual exam with her was o.k, but I did find her lacking bed side manner and she did seem "hurried" My 2nd visit with was for a UTI and as I was in the exam room after a 20 min wait past my scheduled time. I waited another 20 min and was forgotten. She left for the day without even seeing me and none of her staff checked on me at all. I walked out of there without even so much a glance from anyone. I ended up a Patient first with a bladder and UTI as well as being very put off by this. I would not recommend her at all.

My experience with Dr. Buettner was fine for my 1st pregnancy and delivery. She encouraged me to come in when I wasnt in labor so she could induce me, which I wish I hadnt done as it ended in c-section, but the decision was ultimately mine. For my 2nd pregnancy, she helped me immensely when I became severely ill during the first trimester. However, by the end of that pregnancy, her wait time had consistently become an hour. She would run into the room for 90 seconds, and it was obvious that she had not looked at my chart and didnt know anything about my pregnancy. Her lack of attention and generally negative attitude were bad enough that I switched providers at 37 weeks. She can be nice, but she is generally a rather frank person, as her exclaiming Whoa! Look at your scar! I normally do a much better job than that! can attest. I was also disheartened to learn via VHI.org that her c-section and episiotomy rates are both above 30%, higher than most OBs in the area.
