I felt she was dismissive, and cold towards me. It was my first gynecology appointment and I left in tears.

This was a few years ago when Dr. Knutson had recently finished residency, but she was very dismissive and I felt rushed during the appointment. I was a new patient and was having an IUD replaced. She seemed annoyed that I was even asking questions. I've had an IUD placed before so I had an idea what to expect. I remember her saying something and before I even had time to process what she said (because she didn't lift her head to speak), I felt a stabbing and screaming pain. The pain isn't necessarily her fault, but I definitely felt as though I was just an annoyance and inconveniencing her by being seen. I left the appointment knowing I'd never go back to her.

She is great and cares

Good listener, very bright. I appreciated that Dr Knutsen did not just dismiss any issues I had as just part of aging.
