Dr. Minter was born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University before moving south for her medical training. Dr. Minter graduated from Duke University School of Medicine. She stayed at Duke for her residency training in Pediatrics, where she also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Minter has a Master's Degree in Public Health in the field of Maternal and Child Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She joined Burlington Pediatrics in 2006. Dr. Minter and her husband Kevin enjoy traveling and outdoor activities.

Dr.Minter has been my pediatrician for around 10 years now. She’s really the only doctor I trust. I highly recommend her as your pediatrician.

Dr. Minter is a very smart and very thoughtful pediatrician! We have 8 children and, we see her quite often for our children and some in which have special needs! She is always on top of things and takes her individual undivided attention to each one of my children for their individual heatlh care needs! I refer her to anyone i know that has children because she is just the very best doctor in and around Burlington.

I am quite pleased and quite frankly feel blessed that Dr. Minter is the primary Physician who attends to my child's growth and needs. She has been with my son since his birth and it is a relationship that I hope will continue into his future and her career. xoxoxoxo

I love this pediatrician. Both of my children see her and she is great She genuinly cares about her patients.

I trust Dr. Minter! My kids are the most important parts of my life and deciding who to turn to for their medical care is difficult. Dr. Minter is an excellent Pediatrician with a great bedside manner. I strongly recommend her!
