Dr. Karin B Rock, MD

This doctor is a total quack! She has sent me for unnecessary hospital tests twice now costing me over $2,000! She needs to make sure her office equipment is up to date and functioning properly so as to not cause patients unnecessary medical testimg, bills and stress! I will never go back to her!!!!

Dr. Rock is the best dr. I've ever had. She's compassionate, caring, and thorough. She works to prevent problems before they get out of hand and really treat the whole patient.

Dr. Rock is the best! My profession requires stringent medical examinations every 6 months. As we age, these tests get more difficult to endure. Dr. Rock and her staff have to deal with my employer's medical staff several times a year. She has always provided the best of care for me. They don't come any better than Dr. Rock.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this office since my husbands appointment 1 1/2 weeks ago. We were not informed of any changes in office procedures. After making the appt. He was not allowed to have anybody else in the room with him. If we were informed of this before the appt. I would have explained why it was necessary for me to be in the room with them. I was talked to RUDELY by a nurse, who was giving me information in the waiting room. What happened to the privacy act? Everybody could hear what was going on. I was also told that " Maybe we should find another doctor". I have been going to Dr. Rock for 19 years now. This is the first time I have ever been treated so badly and unprofessionally. We were not given ANY indication of office procedure changes. I have been trying to reach her and have left numerous messages to that affect. Today I was informed by Susan, RUDELY that the Dr's. Don't call patients. I guess This office of professionals have gotten above any other… Doctor and do not consider their patients important enough to warrant a phone call back any more. I can understand if a patient keeps calling continuously and takes the time away from others, but if they haven't heard from a patient in a while and that patient needs to talk with them before an appointment, they should at least call back. I guess they have too many patients or is too good for the patients. I cannot respect a Dr. Who feels they are above their patients and that their patients don't warrant any personal care. I don't feel comfortable leaving personal information with anybody else. It is a shame that any professional person can act this way. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in this whole office. Finding another Doctor.

Dr. Rock was very professional, courteous, and diagnosed me quickly and accurately. She even took her stethescope off since my one year old gets scared by doctors. I was very pleased with the visit.
