My experience with her was seamless. This doctor cares!

This woman is so rude I refused to go back for a third visit. no time is spent with you the first thing I was told was that I need to loose weight and if I didn't quit taking Norco I was going to be come a drug head. at this point Norco was the only thing that would control my pain. I didn't want narcotics I wanted a reason why I was hurting. She also just went on a neurologist word that I had fibromyalgia. I can handle a Dr. that dose not have a bedside manner if they are a good Dr. but I wouldn't even say she was a good dr.

I took my husband to see Dr. Straaton. She ordered a lot of x rays and lab work. I have yet to hear what his problem is or a diagnosis. He was in her office for over two hours. She scheduled him to come back in to see her 4 months later. My husband was in severe pain and she prescribed nothing what so ever for him. I called and ask to speak to her and was told that she would discuss my husbands test when he came back in. Needless to say he died before he returned. The staff is rude and she has no regards for her patients. She can order a lot of test and run you up a hefty bill and then reschedule you to come back months later....My husband died before going back so I still have no idea what her test reports on him were...so sad to schedule someone so long to return after doing all the test. Fortunately his insurance paid her because had he died before it paid I would have not paid this bill..I was tempted to report her to the medical board...

This was my first time to see this provider. I felt that she never even reviewed my chart before coming into the room. I complained of pain to my clavicle area so she ordered an xray and ultrasound. The radiologist performed the us and stated that I had swelling and inflammation from my sternum through my clavicle with swollen lymph nodes. He stated this could be inflammation, lupus, pleurisy etc. He stated he would send the report to this physician. I left the clinic still hurting and was told I was still too young to be treated with pain meds, which is fine with me but treat the problem. I have called for 3 days to see what was going to be done about my abnormal ultrasound and I have just been put off and told that I just have arthritis despite what the radiologist said. I was told that they would call me back and have yet to hear back and it is now the weekend and I have not gotten any relief. You would think after the 1,000's of dollars that has been billed to my insurance company… that they could at least treat me and call back to let me know about test results.
