Dr. Karina Adler, DO

I would give zero stars if i could.. My dad needed a new primary care Dr because he had to move in with me closer to the tomsriver location. Dr Adler was the Dr he was assigned . She had a bad attitude when she started the appointment for what ever personal reasons she had. She started his appointment over an hour late then she wouldn’t let me speak and explain what was going on with my dad who has dementia and cant speak for him self. Dr Adler is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional and from the experience we had with her she seems uncaring for her patients since she hung up the on us during our appointment. My father still has not gotten his medication re filled and instead she made some office person to call me back who also had a bitter attitude… this person told me she doesn’t want to be my dads Dr so she pawned us off on a Different Dr in the office and now my dad has to wait for this appointment to get his important medication.

I met Dr. Adler at the VA in Brick,NJ and she was extremely thorough and took her time and more importantly listened to what I was saying

Dr. Adler is a fantastic doctor.Most people think gone are the days of doctors with excellent bedside manners. She takes the time to listen and explain things to her patients.Staff is professional as well.Most of her staff have been with her for the whole time she has practiced medicine.When my doctor retired,Dr. Adler was his replacement .Even though she moved around to different locations a few times,I continue to use her s my primary doctor

It is very difficult to get an appointment with the doctor. The office staff is often curt and leads you to believe that you are bothersome. The policy regarding blood work is to notify you either via mail or phone call about results. That does not happen. In addition, the required paperwork for prescriptions to be sent to the mail order companies is not handled in a timely manner. I advise you to look for another doctor.

Dr. Adler is a bright physician who has crappy staff.
