very respectful, soft spoken Dr. the office is very helpful and responsive.

She was very nice and tookher time with me on my first visit

She is excellent MD.well educated, polite, respectful.

The doctor doesn't seem to really care what the problem is. She's indifferent about everything. Her staff is the most incompetent I've ever encountered. I never get a call back when they promise they will. It takes forever to get anything done. Because I have HMO insurance, they have to send a request for approval to insurance. Despite my plea to get it done quickly because of the pain I was in (was in a car accident), it took them 2 days just to send in the request when I was assured they'd get it done immediately. I had to call the insurance co. directly to get referral because Dr. Kirakosyan's staff DOES NOT FOLLOW-UP. To top it off, when I've called to speak to the doctor directly, I'm told that "she does not speak to patients on the phone. I'd have to make an appointment" WTH?? That's just the tip of the iceberg... they've been nothing but problems.

Dr. Kirakosian is one the kind doctor that I have an honor to call my PMD. She is very soft spoken, caring and knowledgeable. Always reachable even on weekends and very easy to talk to. I would highly reccomend!

Some people like doctors that will just give them drugs without questioning them, but Dr. Kirakosyan actually cares about your health. She's thorough & straight to the point. She doesn't like to over-medicate, which I think is a fantastic and unique characteristic to find in doctors these days. Love her!

Very curt and cold and completely uninterested in helping. I had unexplained symptoms for over three months and she repeatedly told me it was all in my head and that I was overreacting. Every time I would ask her for a specific test to be run, she would argue with me. Every time I went in for an appointment, I would have to explain all over again why I was there, and she would suggest things that we had already discussed in previous meetings. She was never helpful and her staff would take weeks to get back to me when I called for results. Worst doctor ever.

Best doctor ever. Never have I met a more concerned & helpful doctor that is actually willing to spend more than 5 minutes with you. Hands down best general practitioner I have come into contact with.

iv know this doc for a while and honestly she is avery sweet and caring. the staff is very attentive and quick on getting authorizations through. thye try to be as nice and undertanding as possible knowing the patients are in need of help. sure we hated it most of the time but never judged a person knowing they needed medical help.

I love Dr. Kirakosyan, she is so wonderful. She spends a lot of time with me and answers all my questions and definitely cares about me and my well-being. She is easy to talk to and makes me feel very welcome and at ease. i have had doctors in the past that werent very friendly or caring, but Dr. Kirakosyan is the complete oppsoite. WONDERFUL woman!
