She is an excellent surgeon! I just had a complicated hysterectomy due to fibroids and it went great. I can’t even see the scars. Love her!!

The best OBGYN in Charleston, WV. Delivered my two healthy babies and performed a successful necessary surgery on me. Kind hearted, very smart, and cares about her patients full heartedly

I had a different doctor and switched to dr Andrews when I was 12 weeks. She read all of my charts and came and took over like I had been there the whole time. She knew exactly at what standing I was in and made me feel so much more welcomed than my previous dr. I am so satisfied with her.

Previously I went to Dr. Pearcy before he retired, and he was a wonderful doctor. His office was very efficient and friendly. The office under Dr. Andrews is definitely not as efficient. I've had problems actually getting anyone but the answering machine for medicine changes and had to wait a long time in both the waiting room and the treatment room to even see anyone. When I had an issue come up, it seemed like Dr. Andrews was never available and I would have to wait up to a week and a half for a visit. That's a long time to wait when there is something wrong. And when I actually did get a visit, I felt like she barely spent any time with me listening to my problem before she was already walking out the door. Also, test results get put up directly to the WVU Chart website, with no phone call or follow up whatsoever. I will be looking for another doctor.

I was truly thrilled to meet Dr. Andrews. She has an excellent bedside manner and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. My friend went and she was able to give her a diagnosis and a treatment when no other doctor had. Great doctor!!

The office is not nearly as efficient as it was under Dr. Pearcy. I had great difficulty getting my test results and also had a lot of trouble getting my calls returned regarding a prescription.
