Dr. Karl Olaf Borge, MD

Dr. Karl Borge is a family medicine physician with additional expertise in emergency medicine and internal medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine & Health Sciences and completed his residency training at Franciscan Skemp Healthcare. With 26 years of clinical experience, Dr. Borge brings extensive knowledge to patient care across multiple medical disciplines. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Borge practices at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center and sees patients in La Crosse, Wisconsin. His clinical focus includes treating respiratory conditions such as coughs and throat infections. He performs diagnostic imaging procedures including chest X-rays and extremity X-rays to help evaluate patient symptoms. Dr. Borge also provides chest fluoroscopy services when needed for thorough patient assessment.
