Thank you very much Dr Disque for giving me epidural during my C-section. I didn't feel pain. I was awake during the entire surgery and Dr Disque was funny. He was talking to me and making me feel well-cared off. He is fantastic. I would ask him again for my next c-section.

I was very nervous and scared about my upcoming surgery several weeks ago. Dr. Disque helped me through it. He was so kind and happy before taking me to surgery. He put me at ease and took great care of me during my surgery.

I suffer from chronic pulmonary illness and was at another local hospital were the pulmonary doctor decided to pull the plug on me, but my family decided to transfer me Rush ,were i fell in the best medical hands that their could ever be and those hands are Dr. Disque's hands. As soon as I arrived they did some testing on me and got the appropriate help,and the staff at Rush is great and very kind and human. Thanks to this man Dr. Disque I'm very proud to say I'm alive!!!!!

Honestly I've never had a better experience with a doctor more than I did with him. I was referred to him by a chiropractor who of course, literally did nothing for the pain in my neck. Dr Disque thoroughly went through my symptoms with me and what they meant. There's nothing better than a doctor who knows exactly what you have right away and has a game plan to fix it that actually works, which it did. My quality of life has really improved since I went to Advanced Spine.

Dr. Disque was my anesthesiologist. He was the one given me the epidural and everything went very well. He was very good in his job and his team was great. I was taken cared greatly and I was very happy with their care. Thank you so much to Dr. Disque for making the operation easy and no pain and for taking cared of my life.

I love Dr. Disque. He has treated both my Mother and Mother in Law for brain tumors. He has a wonderful personality and is very knowledgeable. His bed side manner is second to none and he really cares for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Disque and his team.

I experienced the most effective pain management with Dr. Disque. He did a good job in my nerve block!
