Quack Doctor who lies for Insurance Companies. Horrible fat Doctor who doesn't care about people only money. Should have his license revoked

If you are being recommended or referred to this fool, RUN! I found him rude, unprepared, condescending and bitter.

I went to Dr. Karl Erwin because I had to for workers Comp and I just got told by my adjuster the he said that I am released to full duty and there is nothing wrong with me , after months and months of pain and spinal treatment . This Doctor is crazy do not go to him if you can help it, and he said my therapist didn’t know what she was doing, He works for the insurance not the patient.I would give him a 0 if I could.

Husband went in with knee problem had to get a second opinion. Pain level was an 8 when he went in. Dr manipulated his knee and my husband yelled out in pain! But there is nothing wrong and he is released to full duty with no restrictions! Yet he is still on crutches going on 10 weeks now! And can't put any wait on his leg....

Dr. Erwin seen my husband for 15 minutes and reported to workers comp that his back pain (after 2 surgeries) and his neuropathy was from his diabetes and not from his work-related injury. This was after 2+ years of seeing more than 6 physicians with all of them stating that my husband would never be able to work again. There was over 900 pages of physician progress notes. Dr. Erwin never reviewed any of these other physician's reports and came up with his conclusion in less than 15 minutes. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHYSICIAN. He is being paid by Worker's Comp to make false claims so you will be DENIED! HE IS A QUACK!!

This so called “Doctor” needs his license revoked. He’s incompetent, rude, and insensitive. Not everyone is faking an injury. His job is to be unbiased, but that’s not the case with Karl. He’s determined to stay employed, and to do so he’s gonna go against anything your treating physician and surgeon says to help the INSURANCE COMPANY. I will be filing a complaint against him.

This doctor should not have a license to practice medicine! I am reporting him to the licensing board. I have two hernias from a work-related injury. I have had several surgeries thus far on these hernias (3 doctors have seen the hernias themselves during surgery). I have been in excruciating pain since the accident. My meeting with him was scheduled to determine if I needed another surgery. He actually told me that I do not have a hernia. I guess the other three docs did surgery on phantom hernias? I guess these bulges sticking out of my sides are from laying in bed in pain? I would literally give no stars above, if that were an option!

wrote inaccurate report and diagnosis without even seeing a patient for an insurance company and used false documentation on the report. never even contacted the patient
