The Doctor is great and knowledgeable but the assistants have attitudes and block communication between Doctor and patient . And have created bad situations with bullying behavior ! I’ve read numerous bad reviews were the are bullying patients and the worst is I’m in a vulnerable class as disabled and have terrible issues of trauma from those staff members .

Dr. Hurst-Wicker.has always been very attentive to my condition complaints. He is spot on with his injections every time. I had to leave the facility a year ago due to insurance issues. I tried another pain management company & actually became fearful of my care & stopped going. Now I have made the changes needed with insurances to return under his care. This past year has brought on a great deal of decline in my health from no pain management. I can not wait to get back in shape that Dr. Hurst-Wicker had me at before.

This facility with all the support staff and dr hurst-wicker; Joan, Jennifer Brown, Elizabeth are always professional excellent bedside manner and patient, friendly And lastly have helped me live with my arthritis pain so I can be active is wonderful.

Due to recent CDC guidelines he cut my dose of narcotics in half (a does I had been taking regularly for for 4 years) for safety reasons. Which was ok but he did not cover the extra pain I had due to the cut back in narcotics. He told me my pain receptors would "reset" and I was "completly healthy". After 45 days of increased back pain (I have multiple level degeneration of the lower spine) I left. I don't think he really cared and didn't believe me when I said I had pain. He was going to do what he wanted regardless of how I felt. I did find a pain provider who listened to me and we found a solution. If someone asked my opinion, I would not suggest this provider.

Everything about this facility and staff is beyond expectations. Pain relief is most important and they do that.
