Unable to respond in a timely manner on urgent situations. Staff is comprised of incompetent individuals. Hold times on the phone are either immediate or 30-45 minutes. No in between.

Never have I had a doctor listen and explain things the way Dr. Yang does. I researched sleep study doctors before choosing him and I am thankful I did. He met every expectation I have with a doctor. He took everything I said seriously, explained the reason why I need a sleep study, interpreted the sleep study results in laymen's terms and explained the rational for his diagnosis and treatment procedure. Great doctor and great person. Highly recommend.

Although I did have to wait for a while to get an initial appointment, I can see why... Dr. Karl Yang was kind, very knowledgeable, took his time, and most importantly he treated me with respect and dignity as an equal.

One of the most ignorant people I've ever encountered. Had no respect for me, or my medical history, and has zero knowledge of psychological conditions outside of his practice. Was told multiple times of (overly)specific parts of my life, and still proceeded to go on like he couldn't hear what I was saying. Gave extremely rude comments during the visit, and at the end couldn't even remember my name. Not recommended at all.
