I could give this so called “doctor” negative stars I would. I have never experienced such disrespect and lack of knowledge from a “medical professional” in my life. She constantly contradicts herself which is probably attributable to her lack of listening skills. She also could care less to look more into what your symptoms are stemming from especially if she has to lift a finger to do it. She is absolutely disrespectful and has zero bedside manner. She continuously bullied my husband about his weight. Yes I said bullied because she straight up calls him FAT and says he’s gonna end up in a casket if he doesn’t lose a lot of weight. We have decided to cut ties because this is insane. I highly recommend going elsewhere preferably a doctor who didn’t receive their degree from a cereal box!

I have a patient now for over a year, I have asthma and tried for 3 days to get my medication refilled. Zero help from her Doctor's office staff. I was told 5 times someone would call me and nobody ever did. Absolutely ridiculous, I cannot breath without my meds. They ladies in the office have attitudes and are very friendly and never return your calls. My girlfriend is a patient there as well, Every single time we go to get her heart medication refilled the office never calls it in and takes us multiple calls over multiple days to get it fixed. They just don't care, the staff know there is zero accountability for their total lack of effort. It's a shame because I like the Doctor but her staff are absolutely horrible in how they treat the patients.

As most are saying, listening skills are not up to par. Going in for an issue, being told what the issue wasn’t instead of what it was, and having a guesses prescription thrown at me with no explanation. No thank you. Oh yeah and being early for your appointments only adds to the hour and half sitting in the room waiting.

She may listen but her folliw up with prescriptions is ridiculously bad. The staff at Premiere medical is also a complete disconnect. Cepeda forgets to electronically send prescription orders to pharmacy, staff forgets addl steps such as a pneumonia shot at end of visit. After calling in my refill a week prior to needing it, as they told me to do...the pharmacy did not receive it. After 3 calls, each of which i was told if there was a problem they'd call by end of day. Finally i went in and lo and behold was told, new process, take drug test and a release form. No mention of that in 3 phone calls i made. Waited 30 mins as they told me to get script . Finally asked receptionist to check. Oh, said asst, i guess dr sent it electronically and didnt tell us. If i had not asked, id still be waiting

Very poor diagnostician. I think she uses WebMD. I wound up hospitalized and had surgery after being misdiagnosed by her.

I've only had one visit with her, however I have been trying to get her to phone in refills on my medication for three weeks now and I still don't have them. One of the medicines is a rescue inhaler which I need. I'm now on the hunt for a doctor who cares about their patients.

I started seeing Dr. Cepeda on chance as she had an appointment available due to a cancellation and was the first doctor I could see. She was EXCELLENT! Very friendly and attentive, genuinely concerned for my health, even for issues that I didn't come in to see her for. I'd recommend her to anyone and feel lucky to have her as my doctor.

And god forbid you need a prescription you will need to be seen first, but then they have no appointments available!!!!
