Dr. Bhatia is the best! She explains everything so you understand, she takes time with you, she takes any questions you have and then explains. If you need anything and send her a message on The Follow My Health App., you have a response in 24 hours or less. She is just a great Dr.!

Very detail-oriented and outstanding bedside manners. She was able to diagnose a rare disease, and treat immediately. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend her!

Dr Bhatia doesn’t listen to patient concerns. Upon moving to NV I needed a new dr for my thyroid condition. My levels previously had been stable. I used a compound medication tailored specifically to what my body lacks. Karla wouldn’t do that. Instead I had to take two pills a day. One of those pills had to be split, because it doesn’t come in a lower dose. After doing as she instructed, my numbers started changing and not for the best. When I confronted her all she had to say is you are within range. Anyone with a thyroid problem knows how finicky it is to correct, and the time it takes. For Karla to not listen to a patient and health concerns is problematic. Find a Dr who will first listen, find solutions and help you not hinder you.

The only reason why i give this doctor a 2 star is because in the beginning she seemed good, but as I continued seeing her...she just seemed like she didn't want to give you other options to get better. She just keeping upping the dosage on your medication even though your lab shows that no matter how much meds you take sometimes it just doesn't work and you have to figure out an alternative. But instead of trying to help you figure out the best care plan, she turns around and gives you all the negative things for the other options you have of getting better.!

She is very attentive detail orientated and most importantly a friendly and caring neurologist. She has showed me time and time again for every appointment how much she truly has passion for her work her patients and the health care of all of us. And my eyes she is definitely one of the best if not the best!!!

She will not sign your license for a year no matter how good your blood sugars are. No matter if you’re young and healthy, she also makes you go into the BMV every six months to get your eyes checked, even if you go to an actual eye doctor yearly. She wastes so much of your time doing this and if you don’t your license is suspended. I changed doctors for this reason alone. Her staff loses paper work as well, they lost my driving form and lied about it.
