I have been seeing Dr. Gray for about 3 years. Dr. Gray is very personable. Very concerned about her patients and follows up with personal phone calls. I have been very satisfied and impressed with her customer care and her office personal's professionalism.

I have been going to DR Houston -Gray for 7-8years now and she moved without warning no forwarding phone number or address and now I can’t get medication. Also she doesn’t know how to preform a woman exam to save her life…

If I could have given a minus zero I would. Dr. Houston-Gray and her staff are a disgrace to the medical profession. I have pleaded with her and her staff for several months now to update my chart with procedures, referrals, and medications. I have been Dr. Houston-Gray for over 25 YEARS!!! It was when my health began to fail that I realized how inept and haphazard she and her staff are. I have given her ample to rectify this situation. It really saddens me to have to write this review. However, I would be remised if I just walked away and not warned others. If you are seeking a physician that cares, she is not your Dr. I plan to file a formal complaint against this embarrassment of a Dr. She left her previous office and left many of her patients dire straits as we were not informed she was leaving

She doesn't take time to listen to her patient. She doesn't call back when she did it was with someone else diagnose called in the wrong meds and never reviewed my chart when she took over after my Dr retired never took the time to find out what my issues were

My elderly dad and I have been seeing doctor Karla for many years. We had a wide range of health concerns through the years and she treated us kindly, respectfully. She also assisted me with my dads hospice at home care which was his wish, when he could no longer make the trip in to see her. She provides excellent health care with a unique personal connection, which I have found to be rare. AWESOME DOCTOR!

I have been going to doctors all my life(79 yr s. old) and my first experience with Dr. Houston-Gray was first rate. She spent more time with me in one visit than previous doctors have spent in multiple visits. All Staff were courteous and exhibited a genuine concern for everyone.

My wife & I are blessed to have Dr. Gray as our primary care physician. Anyone needing a PCP would be wise to choose her for their on-going medical needs. She is competent, caring & knowledgeable & a credit to the medical profession. We recommend her highly as do other medical professionals ( specialists, technicians, nurses, etc.).

Office visit was a follow up, the staff is charming, the Doctor awesome, she efficient, courteous and diagnosis is spot on. The prescription medicine, test or scan are promptly scheduled which satisfied me, myself. This Doctor and her staff did a great job servicing me as a patient!
