My wife and daughter were seen today, 1/4/25, at the North Branch, MN location. I am writing to complain regarding the lack of empathy, beside manner, and the rudeness and judgement they were shown on behalf of the "provider" they saw. They were seen by KARLA JEAN LIND, CNP, for a cough that my daughter has. LIND listened to her lungs and said "decreased lung sounds, way to let it go this far, Mom." Clearly this is an accusation on my wife's parenting and obviously EXTREMELY RUDE AND JUDGMENTAL. Her medical assistant (name unknown) told them "I am surprised you let it go this long, you should have brought her in sooner." Obviously the leadership that LIND shows on being judgmental and saying whatever comes to mind flows down to her assistants. They then, despite them being SO disturbed by my daughter's cough, (sarcasm), they offered her prednisone despite her allergy clearly noted in her chart, in which was clearly not read. Both then neglected to tell her the diagnosis. Strictly that… it was not pneumonia. When my wife asked about bronchitis, they said, "oh yeah, its bronchitis."
