I had a wonderful experience at this office. I was extremely nervous for the xrays due to a terrible experience in the past at another office. Cori was simply amazing and put my mind at ease. She was sweet, patient, had ideas of how to make it easier on me and convinced me we were a team and would do our best together.

Dr Roman is a delightful Doctor. Unfortunately their staff is poorly trained. If you are a veteran. Beware. They will fail to get an authorization prior to appointment and then try to shame you in paying bill up front. Knowing full well that doing so would complicate the process of having the VA pay your claim. Their staff assistance is absolutely hostile and will treat you like a second class citizen. Whether in person or on the phone. Avoid this place at all possible. zero respect for veteran.
