Dr. Groves is a kind, compassionate professional who I have been lucky to find and work with. She is one of few doctors in the area who cared enough to research and learn about and provide bio identical hormone therapy. I am so grateful that she has. She truly has been a lifesaver for me. This therapy has given me a huge improvement in my quality of life and if it hadn't been for Dr. Groves I wouldn't have. She has had to change from the way her practice once worked but this hasn't changed her caring, professional attitude or her desire or that of her wonderful, amazing staff to help. If you are looking for a hormone therapy that doesn't involve a chemical approach or a family physician who is an absolute joy to work with, then please contact Dr. Groves and just speak to her. You won't be disappointed.

I have worked with Dr. Groves for several years. Having worked with Dr. Groves in acute/long term patient care situations I feel very comfortable letting Dr. Groves care for me and my family. I am confident in her level of knowledge and expertise. Professionally and personally, Dr. Groves has proven to be a caring and knowlegeable physician!

Dr. Groves has been my doctor for years. She is laid back but to call her unprofessional is a joke. She spends time to ask questions and listens to your response. She explains in detail the crux of your ailment and treatment. Her equipment is second to none. Her education speaks for itself.

I find it unprofessional that the staff wear jeans and flip flips. Staff are very friendly, however. Im disappointed that i received a letter in the mail stating that due to the practices financial issues they were no longer accepting insurance?! Strange and unprofessional. It is clear that this practice is now evolved into a weightloss clinic/med spa. Frusturating to have to find a new MD with 2 weeks notice.

Dr. Groves has been my family physician for 5 years now. Not only do I completely trust her with the care she gives me but my husband and two small children also seek care there. She is caring and compassionate. Her bedside manner is impeccable. I know I'm a better person for knowing her. She's beautiful inside and out.

I have been seeing dr groves as my doc for more thAn 10 years! She is compassionate and above all well trained and educated, and maintains herself up to date on all new medical advances as they become available! She takes her patient cares and concerns to heart and home at night! She is personable and works hard-often placing herself last to care for a patient (I've offered to bring her lunch multiple times because I know otherwise she will go without)! She will make her patients feel satisfied which isn't even part of what is required to provide exceptional health care- but she does! If you want a wonderful compassionate physician who just happens to possess the skill set to make you look 10 years younger-then by all means- check her out! She's outstanding as a persons, physician, and overall has a heart of gold!

Dr. Groves is a fantastic doctor. She is clearly brilliant but is also compassionate; a rare and wonderful combination, Dr. Groves is a fabulous physician, I have had only good experiences with both she and her clinic staff. I highly recommend Dr, Groves to family, friends and anyone looking for a knowledgable and caring family physician. In Lexington, excellence in medicine is alive and well in Dr. Groves' office. I have been with Dr. Groves for about 5 years now, she truly cares about her patients and will give you more than just a prescription. Her office staff is very courteous and always willing to help. They offer a huge variety of services, from medical visits to skin care to ilipo laser lipo suction, I love going there! Dr Groves is very knowledgeable about weight loss and really encourages you to live a healthy lifestyle, as well as all other medical conditions I have come to her for. I would recommend this office to anyone!!!!!

After stepping into this practice a few times, I can tell you that Dr. Karla Groves is an extremely rude and unprofessional person. Though she may be decent at what she does, her true colors leave something to be desired.

I've known Dr. Groves since 2007. I went to her for years and she is very personable. Also, I have referred 5 family/freinds to her office. Four of them actually became new patients and all of four have found other doctors for reasons unknown to me. But this is what I do know: Her office has a high employee turnover and the only person that has been there for a couple of years is Laura. If you catch Laura on a good day, she's friendly and courteous but if she's having a bad day, she's rude and doesn't want to help. Over the years, I have had problems with lost referrals, wrong phone numbers and fax numbers given and slow turn around for return phone calls and referrals. Out of all the years I have been a patient of Dr. Groves, I can't recall anytime she has ever called to check on me and I have had some serious illnesses. Not to mention the numerous times that me or my family had to self-diagnose my illness. Currently, I'm not sure if Dr. Groves is running a doctor's office or a… circus. Last year she was juggling another office and now she's into diet plans with pills and iLipo, seriously? Whatever happened to concentrating on being a great doctor that people trust?...That' all I'm saying.
