ZERO!! I saw this physician in June of 2017. Blood work was done at that time. A couple of months passed and I had not heard anything about my lab results. Under the assumption that all was well, I called about the results in September 2017 . When I received the return call I was told I needed all sorts of things done. She did not have the decency to call me herself! Extremely unprofessional and incompetent! Thank God I did not have any emergencies because of her lack of communication!!
