Dr. Kapoor is a fantastic provider who is thorough and detail oriented. She thinks critically and holistically and is a great primary care provider to coordinate additional care and providers when needed as well as understand you as a patient and all of your needs and concerns.

Patients beware. Everything about Dr. Kapoor is awful from start to finish. From taking multiple calls during a Telehealth appointment, to making you feel negligent about your health and scaring you about potential conditions, to commenting on your physical appearance. Her bedside manner is atrocious at best and I couldn't be more horrified by the experience.

The doctor and staff there seem to be very thorough and knowledgeable. That said, my experiences there have always been the same in that I get shown to a exam room around my appointment time and have my vitals taken. This has been followed by sitting in the exam room anywhere between 30-45 minutes without being seen. This makes it very difficult in going there during the work day.

Doctor Kapoor provided me with the most comprehensive check-up I've had to date. She listened, asked questions, and recommended many necessary exams that I should have received but never had. So many doctors phone it in, but Doctor Kapoor saw that I had not been treated right or listened to in a very long time, and took the steps to rectify that. I am so grateful to find this medical office and have a team dedicated to helping me make the right decisions for a healthy future, and I have been singing you praises since. Thank you so much for the work that you do.

Dr. Kapoor is amazing, genuine, thorough and very, very impressive. She actually remembered who I was and made me feel like I was not just another patient in a busy practice. I always liked her and stopped coming to the practice for over a year because I tried to get her on the phone and also get prescriptions refilled, and never received a response or callback. My husband has union insurance and I went to their facility but missed Dr. Kapoor. Am glad I returned. MOM is a first class facility and I appreciate that. I believe And trust Dr. Kapoor wholeheartedly.
