Terrible guy I had my leg amputated and a month later he told my insurance I could return to work if I didn't use my legs, no referral to occupational therapy no request for social work to evaluate my transportation needs in my opinion he is worthless as a doctor, just hiding in the VA system, what a waste of air

In the VA system it is hard to find a doctor so dedicated to taking care of veterans. He really cares and listens to you as the patient. I am so thankful to have him as my primary care doctor here in Hot Springs.

In the 19 years I have been going to the VA for "health care" , Dr. Palczynski is the first and only doctor that cared about my health care. He actually has addressed each and every concern when presented by myself. Dr. Palczynski also LISTENS to the patient. Explains everything very well. Wished the rest of VA functioned as well as he does with his patients!!
