Sharing my story wherever I can. Dr. Kueppenbender has been my provider for nearly 3 years now. Throughout the highs and lows over this time, he has consistently begun each meeting with a warm smile, regardless of whether we met in person or virtually. Beyond the depth of his knowledge, his excellence in validation and honesty has brought me comfort regarding some of my concerns that extend beyond my immediate psychiatric needs. I developed a deep trust in him. He remains just as dedicated entering our third year as he was when we first met. Recently, I have been having far more difficulty with sleep than usual. He helped me despite it being after work hours. I updated him on confusions with insurance and prescriptions after a conversation we had 2 days prior. Through our email conversation, he provided me with clear details on what it was like to navigate insurance from the provider's, client's, and pharmacy's sides. He accommodated the changes in prescriptions throughout the… evening. He is simply the best!
