Dr. Kartik Deepak Nettar, MD

I was referred to Dr. Nettar who was incredible. It’s now been a little over a week after my procedure (Septoplasty and Tubinate Reduction) and I’m beyond happy with the results. I can BREATHE! My post-op care instructions were all explained to me, the procedure Itself went great. My only complaint would be about the anesthesiologist (not from kaiser, unrelated to Dr. Nettar) who pinched my uvula which later became necrotic and extremely painful for a week after my surgery. Be sure to tell your anesthesiologist to be careful not to do this to you. My nose however which Dr. Nettar took care of is flawless. Highly recommend, he’s great and takes his time to explain everything to you and he’s great about answering your questions fully and thoughtfully.

He saved my life.

I came in for my first meeting with Dr. Nettar regarding a septum issue and it couldn't have possibly gone any smoother. He was easy to communicate with and pretty much immediately knew what needed to be done. After a few minutes of Q & A, he let me know what needed to be done and what the plan of action is going forward. As soon as I got his office the information they needed to schedule the surgery, we were able schedule a little later than I was hoping for but date but ended up being beneficial for me in the end. Pre-Op was good, calm... Day of surgery came in, checked in with the Admitting nurse, got in bed and waited... My nurse, Nishan, was great. Very courteous , polite and professional. Dr. Chang came by and introduced himself as the anesthesiologist and gave me some magic as we went into the OR. I remember few things from that point on but at the end of the experience, I walked out of recovery putting my own clothes on and not experiencing too much pain. It has been over a… week and everything is off/out of my nose and haven't needed a pain pill in days... I breathe great... don't snore! Great bedside manor and an easy process. Most importantly, Dr. Nettar and his staff all deserve proper recognition the hard work and overall experience that they provide.
