Dr. Karyn Jennifer Hansen, MD

This comment is NOT towards Dr. Hansen! She is the best, cares and is kind. I have had it with the girl who I dread getting on the other end of the phone EVERY time I have to call. I have complained about this every time. Today, I had my husband call as I needed to reschedule my appt. She was awful to him too. You have ruined many of my days and I've cried over you several times as I'm never rude to you! You give me the feeling of a bully. It's the same feeling as when I was bullied in school. Myself and People call and like myself, I'm sure are anxious, scared, very ill, dying of cancer and we get someone with NO COMPASSION on the other end! It's not right. I have complained to the dr. Twice in person and in writing through mycare. I hate writing this but enough is enough! Again, this rating is not about Dr. Hansen, I have left a great review below a while back, regarding her. She saved my life and I will forever be grateful for the time I have! There's no where else to vent this.… I have written it in surveys, but they do nothing. This girl is horrible. I'm sorry to anyone who has had to deal with this. Thanks for listening.

Dr Hansen is very knowledgeable and takes her time and actually gets to know you. She’s supportive no matter your decision for treatment. Glad she’s part of my journey.

I could not edit my review and my phone added her last name with an O. I posted before noticing it. I just wanted to correct it here to make sure, I gave her that respect. :)

She is the Dr. to go to if you want someone who will be direct and honest with you. I absolutely love her. I had ovarian cancer a very large complicated tumor. Had a full hysterectomy, including anything that the cancer may attach too. It was a mucus type and by he grace of God and Dr. Hanson and her team I so far have needed no treatment. She seems confident I'll be ok. She will sit and spend time with you, as long as you need and today she cried with me. I'm a very anxious person and she can come across direct and she made me laugh because I said your to tough to cry and she really cares and feels your emotions. I can't thank her enough. I was supposed to see someone else but he was on vacation, I'm so glad because she was meant to be my dr. Her team was on top of everything while I was in the hospital and she's just awesome!
