I have a family history of kidney problems. I came in with pains in my left kidney. He said it sounds like a kidney stone but ordered a urine screen. After the results came back he had an assistant call me and say "no further testing is required because there's no blood in the urine". Didn't address the pain issue or suggest any lifestyle or diet changes or any guidance.....

My 11 year old daughter was seen by Dr. Kashif Iqbal on Sunday, 4-7-19 around 6:15 PM. Her normal breathing sounded like someone was pouring hot water over Ice (terrible crackling sound) YES, it was that bad! She also had a terrible cough (which made the crackling sound worse) & pain in her upper right back. Doctor took a little to her and said I believe this child has pneumonia in her right lung & I'm ordering a chest X-Ray. He came back in to the room and said well her x-ray is 100% normal. I believe she has bronchitis and sent her home with NOTHING. I was instructed to give her Robitussin DM every 6 hours and she would be better in 1- 2 weeks. I took her to another Urgent Care (St Vincent in Boonville) 911 was called because she was too unstable and in acute respiratory distress. She was placed on adult level 8 liters of oxygen in the ambulance. We were told an adult with her condition would be on 2 liters. She was very ill, even her fingernail started to turn a little blue, her… heart rate was extremely high. She was taken to St Vincent Hospital in Evansville and was admitted into ICU Pediatric Unit. They were very unhappy to find out that she was seen and released by Dr. Iqbal. Her X-Ray was very misleading they said he should have diagnosed her by her symptoms alone, she needed to be on strong antibiotics and oxygen. They said her Pneumonia was hiding and the only true way to really see it would have been with a CT, but they didn't want to expose her to that. she spend 3 nights in the hospital (2 of them in ICU). Shame on you!! If you go to this urgent care, ask what doctor you will see.DO NOT GO TO Dr. Kashif Iqbal.

Went for urinary infection, did not even do a urine sample, would not take time for me to express my concerns or symptoms. showed not concern in following up. Was even rude when I tried to follow up

I guess he was just having a bad day, but after about 5 minutes in the room he was ready to run and got mad when I tried to ask questions. Bad, bad experience.
