Dr. Kashyap Vijendrakumar Patel, MD

Dr. Patel is an excellent diagnostician. He is an excellent physician. His entire staff is responsive, proactive, efficient, kind, courteous, helpful, professional, and much more! Dr. Kashyap Patel's practice runs as if they are there for the patient, and that's because they are there for the patient! The best care I have ever received! Compassionate, efficient, knowledgeable, caring, experienced, good listeners, diligent, smart, thoughtful, takes his time with you, trustworthy, I can go on! The entire staff is wonderful and my family and I trust this doctor and his staff to render excellent care, every time! They are in class by themselves! FIVE STARS!!!!! *****

For years it went well but I had no medical issues to speak of. Got older and had heart issues develop that required, according to heart doctors and ER, me to get to the ER when my heart rate would go really high. I got lectured by his PA and then by the Dr for doing so. Told to call them first to have them determine the need for ER or come to their office first to be checked before going). My heart rate would be at 200 beats per minute. The heart specialist told me "your heart can't take that high rate". Then this Dr thought it was OK to lecture me about Medicare costs which I quickly stopped him from the insult to my intelligence. I am on insurance that pays for the ER if I am at risk and it is always the patient's decision if they are at risk. I was stunned about all of this and felt my life, my health, was not an issue to them. I immediately found another primary care doctor.

Dr. Patel is a great physician I have been seeing him for 3 years and have great confidence in him.

Dr. Patel is amazing. We've moved a bit, therefore have had several doctors. He is by far the best doctor I've ever had. He listens and went out of his way to help when we had a medical emergency. He spent extra time going out of his way to help me and was great help with our son as well. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone looking for a great doctor.

Dr. Kashyap Patel served my mother at her assisted living facility for 2-1/2 years, and we couldn't be happier. He was caring, highly capable, and responsive whenever we needed his help or attention with a health or administrative matter. His staff was also responsive to our long distance needs. We are grateful that our mother was in Dr. Patel's capable hands.

Doctor always seemed very rushed or in a hurry, complaints were never addressed or handled properly by there fictitious office manager who i attempted to get ahold of many times to discuss the simplest issue but was never contacted, I do not recommend this experience to anyone

HORRIBLE!!! Only saw Dr once in over 8 months is very sterile, saw 2 P.A.s changing staff constantly, I was very sick for months it took the referral person over 3 months to finally get me one after her not checking one Dr to see if he took my Ins. He didn't, no phone call had to wait again and find out from the specialist that they didn't take it... they never return calls,takes forever to get meds filled,referral staff is extremely rude when you do finally talk to them, and blames everyone else for there mistakes from the Ins Co.,to pharmacy etc I finally had to get a new Dr I was too sick to tolerate this behaviour.

On my first visit to this doctor I saw the Physician's Assistant and didn't even meet the doctor. I thought this was poor management of a new patient, even though the P.A. was very nice.
