Dr. Fitzgerald is very professional and understood my hearing loss by talking louder so that I could understand what she was saying. She was very patient with me when she asked if I had any questions for her regarding the procedure for Cochlear Implants. I was very pleased with how the whole appointment went. Dr. Fitzgerald is the very best at explaining everything and answered all my questions. I would recommend her to everyone seeking Cochlear Implants.
