Dr. Kassia Loueva Kubena, MD

I just had the most unprofessional conversation with an office staff member here by the name of Steve. He called this office to complain about sending orders for a patient that we needed signed. Stated he will not be sending them back if we want them, we better come pick them up ourselves. After reading the rest of the AWFULL reviews, it makes sense it is about him.

I got to the office early to fill out paper work they did not let me fill out paper work until my appointment time which made no since to me. the nurse that brought us back she was nice and I liked her but the Dr. was completely rude more concerned that my baby didnâ??t have his Hep B shot than anything, told me he had to get it or we had to leave. She did not even introduce herself at all. After getting him the shot she did not even look or speak to me while she was looking over my baby, and I am the mother! I do not recommend this doctor at all she was just horrid I have never been so upset or felt so useless in my life.

office staff is SO RUDE! especially Doctors husband Steve, he is awful!!!!!

The staff here (esp Dr. Kubena's husband) is VERY rude and not helpful at all. I have chosen a new dr. for my kids...

Always has available slots....even last minute. Friendly, never a bad visit.

Dr. Kubena has been my child's pediatrician since she was born. She is a great doctor that always gives advice and hand outs on what milestones the child should be experiencing soon, safety info., and overall how to keep one's child healthy and happy. I've never had a problem.

"Dr. Kassia", as we call her in our family, is wonderful! We've been with her for 9 years now and haven't had a single complaint. They're always accomodating when it comes to the need for an emergency appointment. Wait time is pretty short, when you consider that she's seeing kids and takes the time to be thorough. The office staff is just lovely, and always remembers my girls by name and asks after them if one isn't present while the other is in the office. I have girls, so cannot speak to her circumcision ability, but having known her for years, find it hard to believe that she would EVER put any child at risk. Aside from being a fantastic doctor that knows her stuff, she's a really great person as well and spends her time helping shelter/rescue animals.....great role model!

After utilizing some other groups in San Antonio I was refreshed to find Dr Kubena. The staff is superb and friendly and exceedingly caring. I arrived 10 minutes early and was shown to the exam room exactly as scheduled. The nurse was friendly and thorough and when the doctor came in she was so friendly! She spent plenty of time and was very personable and knowledgeable. She explained everything and left me feeling completely satisfied with my childs health. I would not go to another doctor!
