I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Masters in Psychology. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Addictions Counselor. I have worked in a community mental health setting as well as in residential settings. I work collaboratively with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, anger issues, addiction, etc. My goal is to help empower you to find your inner strength and resilency so that you can safely and effectively navigate through your journey in life. I utilize several different treatment modalities (Cognitive behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) to name a few, to help guide you. I am naturally driven by my compassion and empathy to help others.
