Dr. Katarzyna Kocol, DO

Dr. Kocol understands the pain a patient is going through. She also provides multiple options for pain relief. She was the first to recommend ablation (rhizotomy) and it was a life changer! I had L4-S1 completed on each side and it removed the nerve pain down my legs. She is friendly and talks to you like a human being, not like some docs who talk down to you. I highly recommend her for any pain management, back pain issues you are havinng.

I have never been treated with such understanding, patience, and kindness from a Dr. giving me an injection. She, and her entire staff, were excellent.

I waited an hour and I had to ask the receptionist after the first half-hour if the wait was much longer. She said it would be five minutes and then disappeared. Another half-hour later I left a note on the desk that I had to leave with my name. No one called to apologize or ask to reschedule me. When I called later that day to ask if they received my note I was told yes. Still, no offer to reschedule my appointment. The first time I went she seemed like a good doctor. My time has value also. The staff is poorly managed or trained and did not care.

Really great in controlling my back pain. I hear she is leaving GHS, so sorry for her to leave!!!! Not looking forward to trying to find any other doctor to (try) and replace her!

She was great. Very professional and willing to help.

I waited for one month for an appointment. I was in the waiting room for one hour an twenty minutes. I went to her for pain. She did not seem to have reviewed my chart prior to coming to my room. She did not know what I did for a living. She did not ask me about sleep, a pretty basic question for someone in pain. She offered to do a procedure and did not tell me how often it was done or any details. I felt she rushed through the visit. Disappointed.

From her video she sounds very nice. But s he is not what Greenville Health System needs to make it above the N/R rating from US WORLD NEWS REPORTS! She thinks her time is much more valuable than yours. And you are the one paying her. she needs to find another profession or maybe go back to her country. Or, maybe just stay at home and let real doctors do their job!
