Dr. Kate Tobin Carroll, MD

Dr. Kate Carroll is a pediatric neurosurgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions affecting infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. She provides comprehensive care across the full spectrum of pediatric neurosurgery, including disorders of the brain, spine, and nervous system.

Dr. Carroll has particular clinical interests in hydrocephalus, tethered cord syndrome, spina bifida, Chiari malformation, brain and spinal tumors, and congenital abnormalities of the nervous system. She is committed to partnering closely with families, pediatricians, and specialists to develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize both immediate needs and long-term outcomes.

Dr. Carroll joins Atlantic Brain and Spine after completing fellowship training in pediatric neurosurgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where she trained with nationally recognized leaders from Weill Cornell Medicine and Columbia University.
