After driving almost two hours to see her, calling and explaining I may be a minute or two late. I ended up not being late at all HOWEVER, there was someone new at the front desk and another person in front of me at check in. Cue 20 minute wait while the new girl figured out what to do. By the time I got my information and insurance in their system, they navigated me to Aherns office and I went to speak to the check in nurse up there, they explained my appointment was missed and I’d have to reschedule because she was already in with another patient.... so let me get this straight, I just drove two hours.... waited in line because of your team member.... and now she’s somehow already seeing someone new even when covid guidelines literally state it’s their policy to space patients so they don’t come into contact with one another so there’s literally zero chance she was with someone new they just chose to be rude. I even called to say I might be late and they said over the phone that it… wouldn’t be any problem regardless. As far as Ahern herself, the last two telegraphy appointments I had with her were rushed and obviously on her lunch break. Could really tell they care about their patients. Never going back
