Dr. Katelyn M Radner

My husband had three crowns along with several fillings done by Dr. Katelyn Radner in the San Antonio location between 12/2022 and 04/2023. One crown just needed to be replaced but the other two he had he complained that both of those teeth had a lot of sensitivity to hot and cold so she took an x-ray and proceeded with just putting on crowns and within a few days he called and told them that he still had the sensitivity and was having a lot of pain in addition so they told him that he probably had root exposure and would need root canals, mind you this is after she just put on the crowns. When he went to the Endo for the root canals, that doctor told him that the dentist should have been able to tell by the x-ray that he needed root canals and should not have done the crowns first because now he will have a hole drilled into the crown and risk it breaking therefore meaning he would have to pay for another crown since most people don't want to pay for an expensive crown to have a hole… put in it. I called and spoke with Cindy in the San Antonio location and asked if they are going to honor that crown to be replaced with a new one since it will be damaged with the root canal hole in it and I was told yes, they would replace his crown, but, that is not what they did, once he got there, they said they would only be putting a filling in it, so, lies and deceit again. No one is on the same page in either office, one tells you one thing and someone tells you different. He also has to have two fillings redone because they fell out within a week, so very crappy work.
