Dr. Katharine Lucy Ball, MD

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ball for about 3 years. She is very pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. She has fully answered all of our questions and concerns. The minor procedures we have needed where done very professionally by Dr. Ball. She is one of the best dermatologist we have seen over many decades of going to dermatologists. The staff is very pleasant too.

WHO'S IN CHARGE? I sat in the lobby watching what was is your "Front Desk Supervisor" sit in her chair type and snap her gum as a patient rudely yelled at the reception who was sitting RIGHT NEXT TO HER! I myself am a supervisor and that behavior is and would never be acceptable nor tolerated with my staff. Terese did nothing to defuse the situation much less defend her staff. However, she did manage to belittle another receptionist who asked for help by replying "I don't know? What do you normally do when I'm not here? Go ask the patient." It's now 38 minutes later, I stand waiting to make an appointment the male receptionist sits laughing and texting with Dr. Morales' MA then puts his cell phone down not realizing his phone is face up and I'm able to see his rather after hours personal life. DISTURBING UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING.
