Vary good and pleasant

This was my first visit with Dr Pickett and I was very impressed. I found her to be a very caring Doctor who really listened.

Was given excellent information regarding heart ct scan. Was given options, but then there was no option.It had to be performed.

Dr. Pickett is attentive and caring

This Dr. Pickett was our primary care doctor but on the first visit we decided to go back to our old doctor who is with Optum because she seemed very rude and headstrong regarding taking me off of my medications. We filled out the paperwork for the change in doctors but it didn't go through. Months later I received a call from her office saying she wanted to "review" my medications. Then I received e-mails from Express Scripts that she had up and cancelled two of my needed prescriptions! She didn't contact me at all before she did this! She has no regard for the patient, does not listen or care for her patients and is just flat out rude and reckless doing this to me a patient. She needs to retire. Even if she is the last doctor available, do not go to her.

Dr. Pickett is terrible. Does not listen to patients. She is not even a surgeon and acts like God! Maybe, she should be a pathologist.

Dr. Pickett is an amazing family doctor. She is warm, articulate, and intuitive. Anyone who has experienced the evils of the medical profession in the past will come away very good vibes after meeting with this outstanding family physician.

Dr. Pickett is absolutely the worst doctor with the worst support staff I've ever come across. I've had extreme back pain (verified by MRIs and xrays) and she is virtually nonresponsive. I went to her office for initial exam after 3 months of trying to get an appointment (even though she is (was) my primary care dr.) She did not do an exam, only prescribed pain pills and offered an ortho referral and xrays which came 6 weeks after this appointment (PRIOR to covid). Her office says they send results to me but have not. Do NOT use Picket. Even after sharing with her these frustrations, she continues to NOT respond.

So rude! Doesnt matter what time you make an appt she is late and lets you know she is and will tell you it will be fast. Even if you request a long appt. Call in to request medication refill she will only do after 3 or 4 requests. When you go to pick it up it is never printed and you have to wait about 1 or 2 hours for her to do it because she is with a patient. Funny she has never spent that much time in any of my appts. Other doctors in the same office are wonderful. AVOID DR. K. PICKETT SHE NEEDS TO RETIRE. Most of the doctors hate taking her patients when she is out of the office let you know they do not like her and she does not follow DEA practices.
